Going from life as a student to seeking employment and then joining the workforce brings you through several very difficult changes all at once. You lose some friends you were perhaps close to and enjoyed spending time with, the pressure of getting a job quickly stacks up with each passing day, the number of rejections you go through stumps your confidence to the ground and when you look around there is hardly someone who is there to support you through this storm you've naturally walked into. 

So, we want this community to have a safe and supportive platform where they can not only relieve some stress but also be a pillar of strength to each other, have some fun together while charting through this rough sea and learn about how to cope with stress through some proven methods too.

There is nothing that lifts the spirit more than the feeling of serving a purpose that feels right to you. And as we leave the student phase of our lives, this is one of the things that fades the fastest. The opportunity to lead a project, mission or important movement which was what drove leadership in us in the first place is drowned by the real worlds focus on things that matter less i.e. the noble purpose of the profession, the passion to serve within the person. 

So here in the young professional's chapter, we want to keep that leadership spirit in you burning. We hear you for missions that are important to pursue, we help you put teams together and enable you to continue creating impact in this community and the world around you. These add to your story of who you are, help you stand out on visibility and begin to define the leader in you professionally. 

We create opportunities for you to volunteer as well as earn through service back to this community in leading projects and taking up short term gigs along the way.
